We were involved in the build of a £18million, 87 residential and 1 commercial unit scheme in London. The RC frame, brickwork façade construction was spread over three blocks of apartments with a mixture of tenures (shared ownership as well as housing association) providing a robust scope to tender for both high end and standard finishes. The scheme which was built over 30 months also included a basement car park.
